Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. You might be navigating a major transition, working through past trauma, or trying to find balance in your life and relationships. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you are not alone. My mission is to help you reclaim your connection—to yourself, your emotions, and others—so you can navigate life with confidence and clarity.
The deep connection we share as human beings is central to everything I do. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding others and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I believe counselling is built on connection—being truly present with someone as they explore their emotions, heal from their pain, and discover what transformation feels like.
What inspires me most is witnessing the shifts that happen in therapy: the moments when sadness turns into hope, confusion into clarity, and isolation into connection. Knowing I can hold space for someone as they navigate these moments is what fills my work with meaning.
In my work as a trauma-informed counsellor and holistic coach, I embrace the interconnectedness of our mind, body, and overall well-being. Over the years, my experience has shown me that addressing only one part of the picture—emotions, behaviours, or even physical health—can miss the bigger story. True healing happens when we work with all the layers of who you are.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling (Coaching) and am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. In addition to being a trauma-informed practitioner, I am certified in:
