By the time clients come to me, they’ve already done the self-reflection, tried different approaches, and yet, something still isn’t shifting. They don’t need just another talk therapy session - they need a counsellor who sees the whole picture. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy because healing isn’t just about what’s in your head, it’s about how emotions live in your body, how past experiences shape your patterns, and how all of these things influence your daily life.
I work with individuals who are ready to do more than just talk about the problem, they want to shift it. I create a space where nothing is off-limits.
I show up as my full, authentic self in every session because I know counselling only works when you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. I blend traditional counselling with deeper, holistic approaches because real healing doesn’t happen in one dimension.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reclaim the life you want, with support that truly understands all the pieces of who you are.
