You’re here because something isn’t right. Maybe you can’t sleep, your mind won’t stop racing, or you feel like you’re just barely keeping it together. Maybe you’ve hit a point where you know you can’t keep pushing everything down anymore.
You don’t need to have all the answers right now. You just need a place to say it out loud, sort through the mess, and start figuring out what comes next.
Reaching out for counselling isn’t easy. Maybe you’ve been putting this off, hoping things would get better on their own. Maybe you’re worried about what it will feel like to say certain things out loud.
Here’s what I want you to know: counselling isn’t about reliving pain—it’s about making sense of what you’re carrying so it doesn’t keep weighing you down. You don’t have to share anything before you’re ready, and you don’t have to do this perfectly. You just have to start.
By the time clients come to me, they’ve already done the self-reflection, tried different approaches, and yet, something still isn’t shifting. They don’t need just another talk therapy session—they need a counsellor who sees the whole picture.
That’s where I come in.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy because healing isn’t just about what’s in your head—it’s about how emotions live in your body, how past experiences shape your patterns, and how all of these things influence your daily life.
I integrate a holistic, evidence-based approach that combines counselling, coaching, and deep self-work to help you create real change.
With qualifications in counselling, coaching, health, and personal training, I help my clients untangle the connections between their mind, emotions, relationships, and even their physical well-being. Anxiety, stress, and emotional pain don’t just exist—they show up in your body, in your habits, in the way you move through the world.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to do more than just talk about the problem—they want to shift it. I create a space where nothing is off-limits.
I show up as my full, authentic self in every session because I know counselling only works when you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. I blend traditional counselling with deeper, holistic approaches because real healing doesn’t happen in one dimension.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reclaim the life you want—with support that truly understands all the pieces of who you are.
When Samantha first sought counselling, she was struggling with overwhelming grief from the end of a long-term relationship. The pain was intense, leaving her emotionally drained, questioning her self-worth, and struggling to stay present in daily life.
In our sessions, we created a safe space for her to express and process her emotions. She faced waves of grief, anger, and sadness but slowly began making sense of them. As we worked together, she:
Learned self-soothing techniques to regulate emotional overwhelm.
Began prioritising self-care and rebuilding her confidence.
Uncovered deeper emotional wounds and attachment patterns influencing her relationships.
Over time, Samantha reclaimed her sense of self. She now trusts her instincts, sets healthy boundaries, and approaches life with emotional resilience. The pain of the breakup no longer defines her—she feels empowered and hopeful for the future.

Alex had spent years in an emotionally complex relationship with their mother—one filled with criticism, manipulation, and guilt. They felt trapped in toxic patterns, constantly sacrificing their own well-being to manage their mother’s emotional outbursts. The cycle had bled into their romantic relationships, leading to emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and self-doubt.
Together, we created a non-judgmental space for Alex to explore these deep-seated patterns. Through trauma-informed counselling, Alex:
Recognised the emotional impact of their upbringing and how it shaped their struggles.
Learned to identify manipulation and break free from toxic dynamics.
Developed the confidence to set firm boundaries in all areas of life.
As therapy progressed, Alex gained clarity and emotional strength. They now feel more confident, grounded, and empowered to build healthier relationships and prioritise their well-being.
